As of 1 May of this year, Martijn van Dam is stepping down as Operations Director and Chris Al is succeeding him.
Departure of Martijn van Dam
Our Operations Director, Martijn van Dam is leaving Winclove on 1 May. Martijn has indicated that after more than seven years this is a natural moment for the next step in his career. In his time here Martijn has made a valuable contribution to the development of Winclove. His leadership ensured that Operations has become both highly professionalised and firmly established in the organisation.
Chris Al joins the management team
Chris Al, our current Head of Sales, will join the management team as of 1 May, assuming Martijn’s role. With this move we are filling the position internally. In recent years Chris has played a vital role in strengthening our partner relations and in expanding our commercial base. His knowledge of the organisation and his strategic, process-driven approach align very well with Winclove’s ambitions.

In conclusion
